ABOUT OUR LAB
The Cognitive Neuroscience of Stress Lab is located in the Department of Psychology at Saint Louis University. We are interested in how psychological stress affects attention, learning, memory, social cognition and decision making. We use neuroendocrine (cortisol), autonomic nervous system (heart rate variability, skin conductance, pupil diameter), somatic muscles (EMG), and eye-tracking methodology to examine how stress affects cognition.
